特點(diǎn):
1.采用后彎離心設(shè)計(jì)理念，反復(fù)經(jīng)CFD流場(chǎng)模擬優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)；
2.風(fēng)機(jī)葉輪經(jīng)過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)平衡試驗(yàn)，最高達(dá)到G2.5的平衡等級(jí)；
3.葉片等離子切割工藝，精密夾具定位，半自動(dòng)焊接平臺(tái)，焊接牢固美觀，每個(gè)葉輪經(jīng)時(shí)效去應(yīng)力處理，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)可靠；
4.傳動(dòng)形式直聯(lián)，聯(lián)軸器或皮帶驅(qū)動(dòng)；
5.風(fēng)機(jī)表面經(jīng)過(guò)打磨清理，除去焊渣、 毛刺、 銳邊、 油污，經(jīng)高溫環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂噴涂；
6.皮帶輪為SP系列帶輪，按照功率的150%選型，皮帶輪、皮帶配置有護(hù)罩；
7.蝸殼自帶檢修門，方便葉輪及蝸殼除垢；
8.蝸殼可選出風(fēng)方向；
9.材質(zhì)可選：CS/304/304L/316L等。

Characteristics:
1. Back curved blade is simulated and optimized repeatedly through CFD flow field, with features of non-overloading, high efficiency and stable flow;
2. Each impeller is dynamically and statically balanced to G2.5;
3. With plasma cutting technology, precise central positioning, semi-automatic welding platform, excellent welding, as well as inner stress diminishing treatment, each impeller runs smoothly and reliably;
4. Direct drive, coupling or belt drive are available;
5. The surface is treated with high temperature epoxy resin spray after grinding, removal of slag, burr, and dust pollution;
6. Belt pulley is SP belt wheel, selected according to over 150% of power, belt wheel and belt are equipped with protective cover;
7. The housing is self-equipped with access door for ease of clean and dirt removal;
8. The housing is available for different discharge directions;
9. Material optional: CS/304/304L/316L and so on.
